It’s a Breeze Real Estate Solutions will take over all the responsibilities of preparing a property for sale, employ a Real Estate Agent to act as the selling agent and become the liaison between the agent and the client. In addition we will advise on the most effective marketing program, thereby reducing any unnecessary expenses and saving you money. We will then monitor the whole process from start to finish; making sure that the agent performs to the best of their ability whilst keeping them honest. Then, most importantly when the final negotiations on price are being carried out, he will ensure that the best possible price is achieved.
All this will not cost the vendor anymore than it normally would.
The other services that are offered are Buyer Advocacy and Finance. Consulting and Sales Training are available to clients, if required.
The Buyer Advocacy Service can vary depending on what the client needs are and the fee is based on the degree and level of service required. It could be as simple as negotiating the final purchase or as complex as researching, locating, recommending and then negotiating the purchase.
The Finance Broking service is a free service to the customer. It encompasses researching the customers’ needs and then recommending the most appropriate loans that are available, thereby saving them a considerable amount of time and money.
