It depends on the skill and experience of the advocate and whether he gets involved in the whole process and most importantly in the final negotiations.

We ensure that the buyer is aware of all the relevant information about the property and we verify that the negotiations have been well handled and then ensure that the prospective buyer has reached his absolute limit as to what they will be prepared to pay and then encourage them to pay even more.
Will using a Vendor’s Advocate save me time?
