Bertram Daniel is the sole operator working as ‘It’s a Breeze Real Estate Real Estate Solutions.’
After having worked in real estate in many roles – as a salesperson, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager and Proprietor, I became disillusioned by what I saw going on around me and came to the conclusion that clients that were selling their property (vendors) needed protection from the unethical and devious tactics being used by many agents. In addition buyers were not being given any service and had to do all the hard work of finding a property for themselves. Given the fact that most people today are time poor and happy to pay for good service, I decided that I would use my many years of experience to provide an honest and top quality service with the client’s interest at heart. Furthermore I felt that offering finance to these clients as an-add on, would make it simpler and easier as a one stop shop. So It’s a Breeze Real Estate Solutions was born.
I am a fully licensed Estate Agent with 32 years experience and have the distinction of achieving results that put me in the top 5% of the real estate industry. I have conducted real estate auctions as an Auctioneer since 1980 and won many awards for sales and service in my career.
I am a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (FREI) and a Certified Estate Agent (CEA REIV).
I have worked in five municipalities and have a wide range knowledge of how real estate is bought and sold in Melbourne.
I feel eminently suited for the role of Real Estate Advocate and Finance Broker as I have a passion for the industry and a very strong sense of ‘doing the right thing,’ which is borne out by the fact that over 70% of my business is repeat or referred business and have a large database of happy past clients and customers.
